What’s involved
Coaching programmes range from a minimum of 3 months to 12 months, depending on desired outcomes. Each programme features weekly 1 hour zoom call sessions or occasionally over the phone.

Deep dives are workshop sessions at the beginning, middle and end of a programme to allow us to work on specific areas of growth and learning.Spot coaching
